Our Return Policy is as follows:
Return or Exchanges- within the first 30 days after receiving your order, you may return or exchange unworn and unlaundered products for a full refund. Common reasons for returning include wrong size; wrong color, wrong fit, or the item is simply not what you thought it would be.
Defected Products - 31 to 90 days after receiving the product you may return or exchange the product, if it is defective. If you are returning an item that is defective (defect should be clearly identified on returned product ) or if there was an error in your order please contact The Oakwood Group at (708) 474 3400 or email; customerservice@theoakwoodgroup.net before sending the item back.
After 90 days from the time you received the product, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
All Credit Card imformation is encrypted and collected via a secure order form.
After Orders are fulfilled credit card imformation is stripped from our database.
Under no circumstances does The Oakwood Group rent or sell imformation about its customers or purchases to outside firms.
